I feel like I have done so much, and it's only Tuesday. Today was preschool. The kids were pretty good, but I couple of them got on the last nerve I think I had left. Just one of those days. I dropped Joshua off, and then Jacob suddenly remembered he forgot his "cars" for sharing day...so, I had to turn around, run in and let him get his stuff. Then, after preschool, the three of us ran to Walmart to get groceries. I have to admit, the kids were good, even though I would much rather go by myself. I just unloaded them and now I have to run up at 2:30 to Joshua's school for the bookfair. I just feel I have spent my day running, but I have got a lot accomplished, plus, now I won't have to sit in carpool line, which will leave the kids more time to play!! I tried to sneak in and get a picture of Jacob telling about his "cars" but he had already had his turn before I could get in there.

More Pictures from the Party
I was just waiting for the call today, and thankfully, I didn't get one. I had so much that I wanted to get done around here. I have gotten a lot accomplished for 10 am, and I HAVE EVEN HAD A SHOWER TOO!!! (usually those come after noon) I cleaned out my closet in case I have a yard sale with my mom Saturday (I have so much going on that day). I washed two loads of laundry ( I still have to get them dry and put away), I cleaned out my pantry and the kitchen cupboards, and I went through Jenna's clothes to see what she could wear for the spring/summer, and what needed to be put away for another time. I even had "homework" (as he calls it) with Jacob. I just basically review his letters, write his name, and then he is learning to write some of the letters he doesn't know yet. I have so much more I can do, I'll just wait and see what I feel like doing. Joshua has soccer practice tonight. I am meeting Jack there, and then I am heading off with Sara and Sarah to Jen's house for a Mary Kay party. Oh, the BIG news....I am beating my brother by one game in the tournament. I haven't heard from my mom yet.

The Birthday Party
Joshua had a great time at Sam's house. My little boy has started spending the nights with his friends!! I took the kids over to the birthday party at Planet Child, in Cary. It was a lot like PlaySpace, only cleaner and a little smaller. The kids had a great time playing with the train, playing in the kitchen and dressing up like pirates. Joshua had the most fun because all his friends from church were there....Sam, Levi, and Wes. It was mainly people from our church so that was fun. We came home and Jen and I stopped at the meat sale at the country store, and then we stayed at the house and talked for a couple hours (thanks, Jen...I needed that). We then had family night with Twister, which was very interesting since the kids really don't know the difference between right and left, and they cheated the entire time!! They loved the smores, although they only stayed out a few minutes to do the marshmellows. It was so cold and windy. We told them to watch from the window and we would finish them up for them. They were really good! So, that is my weekend in a nutshell!.

The Weekend Is Here!!!
I got called into work yesterday. I had taken Joshua to school, ran to Walmart, and then when I got home, there was a message begging me to come in. Well, there went my day, but I did get a lot accomplished. I managed to cook tacos, run the dishwasher, do 3 loads of laundry (4 if you count washing the shower curtain liner), and change the sheets on 4 beds. I went to Joshua's school and took his friends treats. So, sometimes I think the less time you have, the more you get accomplished!! We are doing family night tonight as Sam invited Josh to come play with him and spend the night. He really wanted to go, so I thought he would enjoy it. It's the first time he has spent the night somewhere without his brother and sister. He did fine. I didn't even worry about him because Jen loves him like her own. Jacob and Jenna really missed him though. We had tacos, but we are saving the twister and smores for tonight.
I tied with my brother in the first round of the tournament, so that is good. I am still waiting to hear if my mom beat us both. I am taking the kids to a birthday party this morning/afternoon so that will occupy them while Jack is doing projects around the house.

My Little Leprechaun
Jacob and Jenna had a St. Patrick's Day party yesterday at school. I have my own little leprechaun! He is so funny.
Of course tonight is family night. Tonight we are playing Twister (we bought it last week at a yard sale) and making smores. I hope the rain is over by tonight so that we can go out on the grill to melt the marshmellows. I guess I won't eat as many tacos so that I have room for one of the smores. I am taking snacks to Joshua's class today. They are not having any type of party, but I wanted to do something, and I like to visit his classroom from time to time!

Happy Birthday
Happy Birthday Mark!!!!! I won't say how old you are.....I just know you are older than me!!! Your card is in the mail. I mailed it a little late, but hopefully it will get there today. My goal is to beat you in the basketball tournament (the WRAL one), but I don't know as much about basketball. I was hoping to get pictures of you to post in honor of you, but all I received from you is ones of your snowmobile, so I'll have to use this one. Enjoy your day!!
Joshua had a better day yesterday. The kids have enjoyed every minute of this weather. We hope to meet Jennifer and Sam tonight at the park if everything works out. Joshua really wants to lose a tooth. All is friends at school have lost a tooth. The dentist told me that since his teeth are so crowded, he will probably be late, and the dentist may actually help him get started (oh, won't that be fun). He asked me last night if he would brush really hard, would it make his tooth come out!! I am so glad it doesn't work that way!! I feel a little discouraged. Things are breaking down around here, we have so many projects to do, but I am at a standstill. I can't do anything else until Jack can help me, and there just isn't enough time in our day. He doesn't get home until after 6 and then he plays with the kids and the time is gone!! I wish I could do more around the house, but I guess once everything is fixed, I can start doing my share again. Why does everything break down at the same time????????
I hope to get caught up around here tomorrow. The house looks like a mess!! I spent yesterday morning working on the boy's closets. I took out all their spring/summer clothes and put away some winter ones (not all of them...it can still get cold) and I didn't realize what a job that was. I did part of Jenna's, but need to go through another bag. I have two garbage bags full in my room of clothes all three of them can't wear any more! Sometimes I don't know what I get myself into!!

Daddy's Little Princess
Jack let Jenna drive the other day (we do that from time to time only when we get in our subdivision). If I ask Jenna if she is my princess, she says "No, I am daddy's princess"!
Meanwhile, Joshua got a note yesterday in his folder for talking. (which is his normal problem when he gets a note). He knows that whenever he gets a note, he gets a spanking when he gets home. It's so funny because when they call his name from carpool line and he walks out, I can always tell if it has been a good day, or a bad day!! Yesterday, he got into the van and I asked him how things went. He says " I have to tell you something....mommy, everyone makes mistakes" Of course he was very serious, but I give him credit for trying to get me to forget about his punishment. It makes it that much harder for me too!!
