Homecoming

 Jenna was on homecoming court. I found out right before her game (by accident) that she won queen. I was so proud of her and she was on with Hudson. They have known each other since they were 3. I was so happy she won because I wanted something for her. I know that sounds bad but she doesn’t have anything of her own, doesn’t get the friend groups like others do so I was happy she had something just for her.

Senior night

 The game got cancelled for the girls senior night but the school did a great job honoring them. It started to hit me that I am losing my baby girl!!

Snow Day

 So happy to finally have snow!! Spent the day sledding making a snowman and making snow cream

Goodbye

 It was a fun but fast three weeks. It’s time for them to go but I am going to miss them. They will be home for a break late March but the house will be quiet once again. Taelyn came for a visit and her birthday is tomorrow, the day they go back.

Fun with kids

 It’s fun to have the kids home. Today we went to the Partee Shack…. It’s unusual indoor putt putt but it was a blast.

Girls basketball

 The girls team went Sunday to watch NC State womens play. We had a lot of fun going out for pizza ( the box was almost as big as the table) and insomnia cookie. I was disappointed to see Virginia’s team take a knee during the anthem but happy they got booed and they lost

School Christmas

 My room isn’t finished yet but here is the start. We also did a table at our church ladies event. I probably won’t do that again!!
