Taking It Easy

There isn't much we can do in this heat. The kids can only stay out a few minutes. I think I will run to Walmart this morning, and up to the little store for their meat sale and stay home the rest of the day!!! Oh, but I do get out tonight! Tonight is ladies night at the church. We are going to Jessie's house for pampering! We are soaking our feet, getting our toe nails done etc! Of course there will be a lot of chit chat and a lot of food too! It's been a long time since we have had a ladies event at our church, so I am looking forward to it. The kids have been a little crazy since we can't really do anything outside or go anywhere that requires outside activity so a little time away will be great!
