Is anyone else having problems posting pictures on their blogs? It seems like one of my options are gone and I can't post like I used to.

I'm posting photos, have done several posts lately with no problem.
Did you ever get an e-mail from blogger about your picture storage? About 3 years ago I got an email that said I had used up all my picture storage and would have to pay $20 per year to be able to add and post pictures. Just an idea- maybe you have to pay to add pictures?? You could e-mail a blogger Help person?
I can no longer post from my computer. And since I don't have a web site or a cell phone that takes pictures, I'm temporarily out of luck.
